First Place: AEF x Clorox Virtual Case Competition

As a Summer 2020 MADE Internship Program finalist, this opportunity arose due to various summer internship cancellations. Approximately 150 students split into 30 teams to compete in the first round of the AEF x Clorox Virtual Case Competition, which prompted us to design a product within the Clorox Company brand portfolio, specifically one that could benefit consumers during the COVID-19 pandemic. I worked with a group of three other students to design the “CloroxPro Cart Cleaner,” created to efficiently increase sanitization efforts within grocery and general merchandising stores. View the deck for this proposal below.

We advanced to the final round of this competition, which entailed solving a business problem for a given retailer and Clorox brand. For this round, we designed a new product and promotion for Glad trash bags within Kroger’s online store. This idea secured our first-place finish.
