WBUR’s The ARTery

Social Media Strategist

Alongside three of my peers, I developed new social media strategies, tactics, and creative content for The ARTery, the Arts & Culture team of WBUR–Boston’s local NPR station. My team discovered a drastic difference between followers and engagement rates across all utilized platforms: Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. This plan focuses on increasing engagement metrics to enhance The ARTery’s brand identity as one that unites artists and creators within the Boston community.

My specific contributions include the design of the presentation deck and plans book (both featured below), as well as an evaluation of their current social media platforms, SWOT analysis, target market selection, and a paid social media advertising strategy.
